Merch Drop: Giving Back to the Arkansas River Watershed

Merch Drop: Giving Back to the Arkansas River Watershed

I always find myself reflecting as the seasons shift. As we transition from autumn to winter, I think about how much has changed since the start of the year and what I want the next year to look like. Since establishing Allover Apparel, I consider the same point of view for the brand, and this year I’ve been thinking a lot about the places that have shaped us from the very beginning.

The inception of Allover came from a simple idea: to make gear that could be literally everywhere—up ridgelines, through river canyons, across desert rock—and to create something that feels just as at home in the wild places we love as it does in the communities that support them.

This giving season, that feeling of gratitude has been especially strong. It’s what sparked our collaboration with local Salida artist Andrew Dengate to create a design for our next run of merch that doesn’t just represent our mission, but actively gives back to it.

Working with Andrew was a deeply collaborative, creative process. We spent a lot of time talking about what it means to care about our natural world: that sense of belonging of being in landscapes that remind you how small you are and how connected everything is.

I think about the way nature gives to us constantly, and I wanted Allover to mirror that reciprocity. To honor the landscapes that have given us so much inspiration, purpose, and grounding. To invest in the health of the places that make us feel most alive.

These hoodies do more than celebrate the outdoors—they help protect it. 10% of all proceeds will go directly to the Arkansas River Watershed Collaborative, supporting watershed health, fire mitigation, and community resilience across the region. The Arkansas River is a lifeline here. So many Allover adventures start and end along its banks, and giving back to the organization that safeguards it feels like the most natural thing we could do.

I’m grateful—for Salida, for this community, for the outdoors, and for everyone who has helped Allover represent something bigger than clothing. Every Allover story starts somewhere outside, and with this project, we get to help keep those places thriving for generations to come.
