Seasonal Event Sales Representative
Location: Traveling role: Colorado-based team + southeast-based team + west coast-based team
Season: Summer 2026 (April-October)

The Role
As a Seasonal Event Sales Representative, you'll travel to festivals and outdoor events representing our brand and engaging directly with customers. You’ll help set up our booth, talk gear with attendees, drive sales, and create an authentic, fun, and welcoming vibe for everyone who stops by.
What You'll Do
- Travel to events surrounding outdoor recreation, music, and community throughout your region (Colorado, West-coast, East-coast)
- Share the Allover story and introduce product offerings
- Set up and break down event booths (tent, product displays, merch, try-on space)
- Engage customers with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and genuine outdoor stoke
- Process mobile point-of-sale (POS) transactions and contribute to the event team's sales goals
What We Are Looking For
- A true lover of the outdoors - hiking, fishing, biking, backpacking, climbing, or similar activities
- Someone who is ADAPTABLE - because of the nature of the events we participate in, team members should be able to adapt gracefully to changing circumstances and address issues efficiently with sensible solutions
- A responsible, high-energy, and outgoing human.
- Must be comfortable working long days on your feet in outdoor event settings
- Someone with reliable transportation with capacity for all event equipment and inventory, and the ability to travel for multi-day events
- Has a willingness and excitement to travel
Compensation + Perks
- Guaranteed $150 for set up/take down at events
- 10% commission on all sales, split evenly amongst event team members
